Description
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Ganache:
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
For Topping:
4-5 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (optional)
Crushed graham crackers or peanuts (optional)
Directions:
Make the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a
9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Beat with an
electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
Make the Chocolate Ganache: In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth
and glossy, then mix in butter. Let cool slightly before pouring over the peanut butter filling.
Chill the Pie: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the filling is set.
Top & Serve: Before serving, garnish with chopped Reese’s cups and crushed graham crackers or peanuts if desired. Slice and enjoy!
