Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for rolling)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Prep the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream Together
Beat the softened butter and creamy peanut butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Sweeten the Mix
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until smooth and combined.
Add Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips for a sweet surprise in every bite.
