Peach Crumble Waffle Cone

Ingredients:

For the Peaches:

3 fresh peaches (or canned peaches in syrup, drained)

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

For the Crumble Topping:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 tsp cinnamon

For the Glaze:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Others:

4 waffle cones

Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Peaches:
Peel, pit, and slice fresh peaches (or use drained canned peaches). In a skillet over medium heat, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender. Set aside to cool.

2. Make the Crumble Topping:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

3. Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Adjust consistency if needed.

4. Assemble the Waffle Cone:
Fill each waffle cone with a layer of cooked peaches. Top with crumble and drizzle with glaze. Optionally, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
