Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
