Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs (panko for extra crunch!)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a baking sheet for easy cleanup.
Season the Pork Chops:
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with a little salt and black pepper.
Prepare the Coating:
