Palak Paneer Halloumi Spinach Curry

Love traditional Indian curries but with a twist? This Palak Paneer Spinach & Cheese Curry replaces classic paneer with delicious, salty halloumi! The rich, creamy spinach pairs perfectly with pan-fried halloumi, adding a delightful texture. Originally a Punjabi dish, Palak Paneer means spinach and cheese, and this version brings an exciting Cypriot twist. Whether you’re a curry lover or just looking to try something new, this dish is bound to impress. Serve with naan or steamed rice, and enjoy a cozy meal at home!
