Oven-Baked Salmon with Garlic, Honey, and Lime Butter
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (170 g each)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lime slices for serving
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. For a golden finish, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lime slices.
