One Pot Pizza Tortellini Bake

Ingredients

1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked tortellini and marinara sauce to the skillet. Stir to coat evenly. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the mixture.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, black olives, and any additional pizza toppings you like.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with garlic bread!
