One Pot Melty Burrata Lemon Pesto Pasta

Description

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp instant yeast
1 cup warm water
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, yeast, Parmesan, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
Add warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
Lightly flour a surface and shape the dough into a ball. Let it rest for 30 minutes while the oven heats.
Carefully place the dough into the preheated Dutch oven, drizzle with olive oil, and cover.
Bake for 30 minutes covered, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool before slicing. Enjoy warm!
