Nutty Cheese Ball Delight
Ingredients
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts or pecans, toasted
Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Directions
Mix the Base:
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Shape the Ball:
Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap. Shape into a ball, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to firm up.
Prepare the Nut Coating:
Combine the toasted almonds and hazelnuts in a shallow dish.
Coat the Cheese Ball:
Roll the chilled cheese ball in the nut mixture until fully covered. Press lightly to adhere the nuts.
Serve and Enjoy:
Place on a platter, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with crackers, bread, or veggie sticks!
