Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup mini M&M’s
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, M&M’s, and chocolate chips (if using). Mix until well combined.
2. Chill: Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
3. Form Bites: Use your hands or a small cookie scoop to form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
4. Store: Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
