Mushroom Swiss Patty Melt

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
4 slices sourdough bread
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/2 onion (sliced)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp mayo

Instructions:

Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter until soft.
Shape ground beef into patties and cook.
Stack cheese, patty, mushrooms, and onions.
Grill sandwich until crispy and melted.
Bite into cheesy perfection!
