Ingredients:
2 slices of thick bread

1 cup of fresh mushrooms (sliced)

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Bread: Toast the slices of bread until they are golden and crispy. Set them aside on a plate.

Cook the Mushrooms: In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until they are tender and slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
