Mint Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
Red and green candy sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Melt Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
2. Add Flavor and Color: Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring until fully blended.
3. Mix in Additions: Fold in chocolate chips and crushed cookies, reserving a small amount for topping.
4. Set Fudge: Pour mixture into a lined 8×8-inch pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle reserved toppings and candy sprinkles on top.
5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
6. Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!
