Mediterranean Pull-Apart Rolls
Ingredients
12 pre-made dinner rolls (or homemade)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup mixed olives (green and black)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and arrange the rolls snugly inside.
Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with minced garlic, parsley, and sesame seeds (if using).
Top with crumbled feta cheese and place olives in between the rolls for added flavor.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and fragrant.
Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
