1 lb dried red beans (soaked)
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Creole seasoning
1 bay leaf
4 cups chicken broth
Cooked white rice

Directions:
1. Sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
2. Add sausage and cook until browned.
3. Stir in soaked beans, Creole seasoning, bay leaf, and broth.
