Loaded Steak Fries

Description

Loaded Steak Fries

Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) steak, cubed (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)

1 lb (450 g) French fries (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Fries:

Cook the French fries according to package instructions or fry fresh ones until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Cook the Steak:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the steak cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear the steak pieces for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Assemble the Loaded Fries:

Spread the cooked fries on an oven-safe plate or dish.
Top with the cooked steak cubes and sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese over the top.
Melt the Cheese:

Place the dish under a broiler for 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:

Remove from the broiler and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
Chef’s Tip: Add a drizzle of your favorite sauce, like garlic aioli or sriracha mayo, for an extra burst of flavor!
