1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Steak:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the steak cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Loaded Fries:
Spread the cooked fries on an oven-safe plate or dish.
Top with the cooked steak cubes and sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese over the top.
Melt the Cheese:
Place the dish under a broiler for 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the broiler and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
Chef’s Tip: Add a drizzle of your favorite sauce, like garlic aioli or sriracha mayo, for an extra burst of flavor!
