Ingredients:
400g crispy French fries
300g steak, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 eggs (fried sunny-side up)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup brown gravy
Fresh parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the fries: Cook the French fries according to the package instructions or fry them until crispy.
Cook the steak: Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sauté in a skillet with garlic over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
Make the gravy: In the same skillet, pour in the brown gravy and let it simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
Assemble the dish: Arrange the crispy fries on a plate. Top with the cooked steak, melted cheese, and pour the gravy over everything.
