Loaded Steak and Cheese Fries

Ingredients
For the Fries:
4 large potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Topping:
250g steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
1. Prepare the Fries:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned. Remove from heat.
3. Assemble the Dish:
Place the baked fries on an oven-safe serving plate or dish. Top with the cooked steak.
Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top.
4. Melt the Cheese:
Place the dish back in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
