Description

Loaded Steak and Cheese Fries
Ingredients:

500g frozen French fries or fresh potatoes, cut into strips

300g steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Fries: Preheat your oven and cook the fries according to the package instructions, or deep fry fresh potatoes until golden and crispy. Season with salt and set aside.

2. Prepare the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sear the steak for 1-2 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Assemble the Loaded Fries: Arrange the fries on an oven-safe dish or skillet. Top with the cooked steak slices. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

4. Melt the Cheese: Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately as a delicious appetizer or snack.

These loaded steak and cheese fries are indulgent, flavorful, and perfect for sharing at parties or game nights!
