Loaded Meatball Fries
Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
500g ground beef or chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the fries:
500g frozen French fries
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the meatballs:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Roll into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, or cook in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
2. Cook the fries:
Bake or fry the French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
3. Assemble:
Place the cooked fries in a serving dish.
Top with cooked meatballs.
Drizzle BBQ sauce over the meatballs and fries.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
4. Melt the cheese:
Place the assembled dish under a broiler or in the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Garnish and serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
