Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
4 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup crispy potato cubes or hashbrowns (optional)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 green onions (sliced)
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp hot sauce (depending on desired spice level)
1 tsp lime juice

Instructions:
