Ingredients
For the Filling:
2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Wraps:
4 large spinach or flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
For the Spicy Cream Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 clove garlic (minced)
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken and Shrimp:
In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Toss chicken and shrimp in the seasoning mix.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken strips for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and tender.
Make the Spicy Cream Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, ketchup, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, cooked chicken, and shrimp. Drizzle with the spicy cream sauce.
Wrap and Grill:
Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Optionally, grill the wrap in a skillet or panini press for 1-2 minutes per side to crisp the exterior.
Garnish and Serve:
