Loaded Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 radishes, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook Cauliflower:
Steam or blanch the cauliflower florets until tender but still crisp.
Drain and cool completely.
Prepare Dressing:
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, toss the cooled cauliflower with radishes, celery, and cheddar cheese.
Pour the dressing over and mix well.
Top & Chill:
Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
