Italian Herb Dipping Oil
Ingredients
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Crusty bread (for dipping)
Directions
Prep the Ingredients:
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Add Olive Oil:
Pour the olive oil over the herbs and stir to combine. Add balsamic vinegar for a slight tangy kick (optional).
Rest for Flavor:
Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
