225g halloumi
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
120g extra light cream cheese
Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 vegetable stock cube
250g dried pasta
Directions:
1. Mix honey and chilli flakes.
2. Cook pasta, saving some water.
3. Fry halloumi until golden, then coat in spicy honey.
4. Remove halloumi, melt cream cheese in the pan with seasonings.
5. Add pasta water until creamy, then mix in pasta and half the halloumi.
6. Top with remaining halloumi and serve.
