Honey Walnut Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, milk, and eggs.

3. Combine: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

4. Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

5. Cool and Serve: Let the muffins cool before serving.
