Hoisin sauce, with its blend of soybeans, garlic, and spices, brings a sweet and tangy flavor that pairs beautifully with noodles and veggies. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s ideal for a busy weeknight!

500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
400g rice noodles
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 green onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, julienned
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions:
1. Cook noodles as per instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Marinate beef with hoisin, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 15 mins.
3. Stir-fry veggies in oil for 4 mins. Set aside.
4. Cook beef in same pan until browned.
5. Mix beef, noodles, and veggies with remaining marinade.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
