Herbed Pistachio Olive Oil Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp pistachios (finely chopped)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
Crusty bread slices (for dipping)
Directions
Prepare the dip: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, pistachios, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Let it rest: Allow the mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes so the flavors meld together.
Serve: Pour the dip into a shallow bowl and serve alongside crusty bread slices for dipping.
