Herb-Infused Spinach and Cheese Quiche
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pie crust
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fit the crust into a pie dish.
Sauté spinach and spread it in the crust with Parmesan and Gruyère.
Whisk eggs, cream, and thyme, then pour over the filling.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and fragrant.
