Heavenly Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1½ cups crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Honey glaze
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crumbs and butter. Chill crust.
Blend cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one by one. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake for 50 minutes. Cool and chill.
Drizzle with honey glaze before serving.
