Ham and Cheese Sliders
Ingredients:

12 slider buns or small dinner rolls

12 slices of ham (thinly sliced)

12 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer each bun with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Add the top halves of the buns.

3. Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and poppy seeds (if using).

4. Brush the Sliders: Generously brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

5. Bake: Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

6. Serve: Serve warm as a delicious snack or party appetizer.
