1 block halloumi cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 small bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 green chili, thinly sliced (optional)
Salt to taste

Directions:
1. Pat halloumi dry and lightly salt.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry halloumi until golden on both sides. Remove.
3. Mix honey, chili oil, and half the chili flakes.
4. Drizzle glaze over halloumi. Garnish with parsley, chili flakes, and green chili.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
