Grilled Steak with Herb Butter & Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 Ribeye steak (200g)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

4 medium potatoes, diced

1 tbsp butter (for potatoes)

2 tbsp herb butter (for steak)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Potatoes:

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Roast in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden.

2. Cook the Steak:

Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

3. Add the Butter:

Top the hot steak with herb butter for a rich, flavorful finish.

Toss roasted potatoes with a tablespoon of butter for extra flavor.

4. Serve:

Plate the steak with the roasted potatoes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
