Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
3 tbsp butter (melted)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Gently loosen the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the tail end, and lay it on top of the shell.
Season the Lobster:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Grill the Lobster Tails:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the lobster tails meat-side up on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes, brushing occasionally with the butter mixture, until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
