Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
5. Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes.
6. Flip the tails over and brush with more garlic butter. Grill for another 5 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
