Juicy, perfectly grilled chicken smothered in a rich, creamy garlic herb sauce—this dish is easy to make and packed with flavor!

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
For the Garlic Herb Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Season the Chicken: Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.

Grill the Chicken: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F/75°C). Remove and let rest.

Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add Parmesan & Herbs: Stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Assemble & Serve: Pour the garlic herb sauce over the grilled chicken and garnish with extra parsley.
