Recipes:

8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in minced garlic, corn, ranch seasoning, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese. Stir well to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
