15 oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup water (mixed)
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients over low-medium heat until thickened.
2. Add chickpeas and stir until coated, warming for 2-3 mins.
3. Serve with rice or veggies, topped with green onion & sesame seeds.
