Garlic Butter Steak Pasta

Ingredients

12 oz sirloin steak
8 oz rotini pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt, black pepper & paprika
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

Boil pasta and set aside.
Sear steak in hot olive oil, seasoning as needed. Remove and keep warm.
Melt butter, add garlic, then pour in heavy cream and Parmesan.
Stir pasta into the sauce, mixing well.
Return steak to the skillet, heating everything together.
Finish with fresh parsley and cheese.
Dig in and enjoy this mouthwatering dish!
