Garlic Butter Steak and Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb (450g) steak, cut into cubes

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Steak:

Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil.

Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce:

Lower the heat and add the butter to the skillet.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Combine and Finish:

Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together in the garlic butter sauce for 2 minutes.

5. Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
