Fried Marshmallow Balls with Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
12 large marshmallows
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chocolate sauce for drizzling
Instructions:
1. Roll each marshmallow in melted butter, then coat thoroughly with graham cracker crumbs.
2. Preheat a pan with a little butter or oil over medium heat. Lightly fry the marshmallows until golden brown on all sides.
3. Place the fried marshmallows on a serving plate and sprinkle powdered sugar on top if desired.
4. Drizzle warm chocolate sauce over the marshmallows before serving.
