Fried Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup (100g) breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Roll the shredded mozzarella into small bite-sized balls.

2. Coat each cheese ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs to coat completely.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

4. Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per batch.

5. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm.
