Description
1 round loaf sourdough or crusty bread
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the bread on the baking sheet and cut diagonal slices across the loaf, being careful not to cut all the way through. Repeat in the opposite direction to
create a crisscross pattern.
Gently pull apart the bread sections and stuff with mozzarella, blue cheese (or goat cheese), dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
Mix melted butter with honey and rosemary, then drizzle over the top of the bread.
Wrap loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy pulling apart the cheesy, sweet, and nutty bites!
