Eight Flavor Pizza

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp instant yeast

1 1/4 cups warm water

2 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce:

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Toppings:

Pepperoni

Green bell peppers (sliced)

Mushrooms (sliced)

Roasted red peppers

Black olives (sliced)

Yellow bell peppers (diced)

Spinach and feta cheese mix

Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:

Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.

2. Make the Sauce:

Combine tomato sauce, olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well.

3. Preheat and Roll:

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough into a large circle on a floured surface.

4. Assemble the Pizza:

Spread the sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Divide the pizza into 8 sections visually and add one topping per section: pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, black olives, yellow bell peppers, spinach and feta, and extra cheese.

5. Bake:

Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
