1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt, pepper to taste
28 oz marinara sauce
½ cup chicken broth
4 oz mozzarella, shredded
¼ cup Parmigiano reggiano, grated
24 oz potato gnocchi
Optional: fresh basil
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, drain excess grease.
2. Add oil, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Cook 3-5 minutes.
3. Stir in marinara and chicken broth. Cover and simmer 20 min.
4. Add gnocchi, simmer another 10 min.
5. Stir in mozzarella and top with Parmigiano reggiano.
