Easy Crock Pot Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Tortilla strips (for topping)
Directions

Add shredded chicken, black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and spices to the Crock Pot. Stir to combine.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Stir in lime juice just before serving.
Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips and garnished with fresh cilantro. Optional: add sour cream, avocado slices, or shredded cheese as additional toppings.
