225g halloumi, cut into cubes
3 wraps or flatbreads
250g lettuce
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup flour
1 egg
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp garlic salt
⅓ cup parmesan
100ml neutral oil
3 tbsp ranch
3 tbsp spicy mayo
Directions:
1. Coat halloumi in flour, egg, then breadcrumb mix.
2. Fry until golden and crispy.
3. Assemble wrap with lettuce, halloumi, ranch, and spicy mayo.
