Easy Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
6 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes (thawed)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Fold in the thawed hash browns and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving (optional).
