1 medium onion, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
